Coffs Solar installed our roof top system about 3 years ago and at the time advised to wait a bit longer for a battery system; we did wait and now post last election we have had them in again to quote (alongside 2 other local suppliers) on batteries. They won the quote based on cost, communication, willingness to listen and answer my seemingly never ending questions. I Cannot recommend Coffs Solar enough. We had extra solar panels and batteries fitted to our existing 3 phase system with whole house back up. The system gives us plenty or power and we are able to trade off the extra not needed. We also just purchased an electric car and have added another system to charge our car. All the install was done including the charger by the team at Coffs solar allowing us to charge our EV in a matter of hours. The work is always of the highest standard and exception customer service and advice. We run our large family home, pool, aircon etc and now our car with zero power and fuel bills. We had our Solar battery installed by Coffs Solar a few days ago. Prior to installation, I made a lot of inquiries to make sure we make an informed decision, the sales lady was very prompt with required information and where needed she got technical assistance from their electrical engineer. Very friendly electrician boys who did an excellent and neat installation. You will pay a price for the good service you get.

Coffs Solar installed our panels about 5 years ago, and recently we got them to upgrade our inverter and install a battery. Both times, the service was excellent from start to finish, and their support techs are always happy to help with questions should any arise.

We had a major problem with a solar energy system installed and paid for. The system stopped operating, operated partially after repair and efforts to resolve this problem were ignored on the basis that we were playing ‘silly games’.Coffs Solar Energy reviewed our system, identified major technical and safety deficiencies - not ‘teething problems’, re- engineered and installed the revised system.Coffs Solar Energy’s operation - both administratively and technically - is efficient and effective. Coffs Solar Energy did an outstanding job of our solar installation. The system is performing as expected. Slightly less that maximum output from the panels, but certainly enough to eliminate electricity bills for summer (house is facing north west).
