Great team to deal with and dedicated to service.

This is the second time I have used Coffs Solar and again they were fantastic. They turned up when said, cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed with everything throughout the installation. They went above and beyond with the work they did and fixed up a problem another electrician had left in the ceiling.

We have been dealing with Coffs Solar Energy since 2014. Recently they fitted a 20kw Anker Battery. Tradesmen were excellent. A great Company to deal with.

We cannot recommend Coffs Harbour Solar enough, from our very first communication they have been fantastic to work with. Their whole team are professional and answer any questions you have. The job was finished on time and looks good. From sales, the job co ordinator to the installation team all did a great job. So from us, we could not be happier, thanks to all who work at Coffs Solar Energy, we will use them again if we expand.

Takes a while to get an appointment for installation as they are so busy but the advice about system required was perfect (matched my chat gpt' research) Speed of installation was unbelievable. Started in the morning and done by 230pm to fit large solar and battery system. Service for contract and follow up paperwork is slick - mostly through easily signed links. System appears to be working perfectly! Special mentions to Nick (sales) and Tom (lead technical guy) for their great service.

Such an amazing personal responsive experience working with the team. Everyone was polite and friendly, particularly Mark stopped at nothing to make sure the experience was streamline and ahead of completion date. The installation process was smooth and cleaned up after themselves like they were never here.

We shopped around , got confused but mark provided us with professional advise and a simple explanation of our needs.we went with a 8.5kw system with 20kw battery and were very happy with the competitive quote.The installation was fast and efficient.We would highly recommend.

Coffs Solar Energy installed a 10kw set of panels, 9.6kwh battery and 8kw inverter in our home in Coffs Harbour. They were easy to work with and provided great patience as we considered usage data and the best panel layout for our home. The installation team were efficient and engaging. The system works as advertised. I investigated other installers. Coffs Solar Energy is clearly the superior choice for us.
