We seek a self-motivated, hardworking salesperson with a confident ‘can-do’ attitude to work. This is a full-time.
Most leads and opportunities come to us organically and by way of returning customers and referred clients.
The successful applicants will be sales-focused, have a competitive spirit, and be driven to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Previous sales experience in the solar industry would be preferred but not essential.
What we’re looking for:
The role will suit articulate, motivated individuals looking for an exciting, challenging, and rewarding first or next step in a sales role within the Solar Industry. Recent university graduates may also apply.
- Experience in solar sales is not required but you must have a background in Business to Consumer sales (minimum of 6 months)
- A passion for helping customers by becoming their ‘trusted adviser’
- A desire to work with and understand leading technologies in a fast-growing industry
- Ability to use internal software packages to manage your sales pipeline to ensure success
- Confidence to ‘close the sale’ – using relationship-building strategies with no high-pressure selling!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- Ability to work proactively as part of a team
- Ability to think outside the box, set & achieve goals
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Local resident (preferred) & current driver’s license
- Welcoming & confident phone manner
- Consistent work ethic & desire to grow your skills

Coffs Solar’s work hours are between 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Our office is located in the Isles Drive Industrial Estate.
